Fun Family Adventures

Fun Family Adventures
GRANDY GREENHOUSE Hay Rides This is the epitome of my family!

FUN FAMILY ADVENTURES!

Hurricane Joaquin can't stop my family from having fun! Despite the weather and threats of a hurricane, we went out and had fun family adventures in the Outer Banks!  Our motto this weekend was, "when life hands you lemons...make lemonade!"  And that is exactly what we did...we went to the beach...twice, decorated our house in fall colors, took a hay ride to a pumpkin patch with my sister and friends, went for walks, and discovered a covered bridge right by our house!
Yes, it was windy, a little (well...a lot) rainy, and cloudy but life does not stop because of weather....everyday you should have fun!  I am looking forward to our future fun family adventures to come!

HERE IS A SNAP SHOT OF OUR FUN FAMILY ADVENTURES THIS WEEKEND!

Our visits to the beach consisted of hugging the dune fences to make sure we were not swept out to sea while trying to eat our picnic lunch!
Oh and we enjoyed a few cerveza's too :)
Heavy Seas seemed appropriate...

ITS AMAZING WHERE YOUR FUN FAMILY ADVENTURES WILL LEAD YOU!

And last but not least, mine and Noah's covered bridge discovery!  Noah and I were simply taking our morning walk when I noticed a path by an old abandoned guard gate, so I naturally went down it.  And this covered bridge was our prize - it was gorgeous!  We were the only ones there and since it was still early morning the bull frogs and crickets were still singing their lullabies...
