Chefette restaurants are the leading fast food chain in Barbados where the food is freshly prepared and is of good value. Menus items will include broasted chicken, burgers, sandwiches, rotis and milk shakes. A roti is a stovetop-baked unleavened bread wrapped around a curried meal of meat, fish, or chicken and potato.
