In these 5 countries the American Dollar has gained strength; so if you are a person who sees the glass half full then take advantage of this oh so brief period and see the world on less money! These cheap destinations just got way cheaper!
1. INDONESIA
Indonesia was already an affordable country to visit, especially for long-term travel, but the Rupiah just took a 1.8% dip making it an especially great time to get lost in Bali!
2. CHILE
Have you ever wanted to visit the Torres del Paine National Park or wander through Santiago? If so go now! The Chilean currency has dropped about 10% against the American Dollar....what does that mean? You can now eat a four course seafood meal for $5 instead of $10!
3. VIETNAM
Vietnam is an extremely popular holiday destinations to folks in the Oceania region of the world, so just because you don't find many American's booking trips to Vietnam do not scratch it off your list. Be a pioneer of the Americas and share the travel state of mind that the rest of the world shares. Book a cruise through the Mekong Delta or a stay at a 5 star resort and trek through jungles on elephants. And since the government just dropped the value of their currency by 1% the possibilities are endless!
4. COLOMBIA
If you are one of my followers then you know how much I love Latin America. For some, the idea of Colombia is synonymous with drugs but not for me. I imagine perfect deserted white sand beaches, crystal clear, warm water perfect for swimming, and laying underneath palm trees all day while drinking Bogata Cerveza. The American Dollar is at an 11 year high against the Colombian Peso, so go live like a king or queen....for as long as you want because you CAN afford it!
5. BRAZIL
The Brazil Real in the past month has dropped 9% against the U.S. Dollar - contact United Military Travel NOW and you could find yourself sunbathing in Rio or cruising the Amazon tomorrow!
